Private Session

This is your time to leave the chaos of daily life at bay. To slow down for up to 90 minutes and just be. Each session is crafted to your specific needs and desired intention. By triggering your body’s relaxation response through resonance and vibration, I aim for you to experience a re-balancing of your nervous system, release suppressed emotions and a re-connection to your mind, body, soul and spirit.

Pricing is based on a sliding scale of $75-$125 for a 90 minute session. The 90 minutes typically includes 75 minutes of engaged sound therapy.

Duet Session

Experience sound with anyone in your life to build a deeper connection, or bond over a new experience. The same process is applied from my individual sessions, but shared with your partner, close friend, or family member. Duets will experience their session on thick floor mats as opposed to the table offered in the private session.

Pricing is based on a sliding scale of $95-$145 for a 90 minute session. The 90 minutes typically includes 75 minutes of engaged sound therapy.

Groups and Events

Raise the vibration of your next event by offering a sound bath meditation for a group of three or more participants. Let’s create a relaxed and sacred space at your next gathering with friends, wellness retreat, or any event where space is needed for a quiet mind and deep relaxation.

Please contact me directly to discuss your specific event and group facilitation details. Pricing begins at $200 and is based on the total number of participants. Additional fees apply for events that are more than 25 miles outside of Asheville.

Workplace Wellness

Show your commitment to your employee’s heath and wellness, by giving them time and space to de-stress, self reflect, increase productivity, boost cognitive performance and build community in the workspace. Guided meditations can be tailored to your organizations specific needs and space can be held after each event for group processing.

Giving Back

Throughout the year, I make my time available at no charge and offer a 90 minute session to someone (or partners) who have experienced birth trauma.

Additionally, I offer low fee sessions to birth workers in hopes to provide a space for these important individuals to find peace, calm, and self-care.

My transition to fatherhood was pretty brutal. My son experienced significant medical trauma and complications that led to a traumatic experience for him and our family.

Trauma has a profound impact on our nervous system and relationships. Experiencing trauma in such a vulnerable time as the perinatal period can be one that rocks you at the core.

Sound healing is an avenue towards creating a calmer nervous system, and allowing space for your own nourishment and recovery.
